OF SALE OF GOODS AND SUPPLY OF SERVICES

1. DELIVERY

We endeavour to deliver the artwork to you within two days after your payment has cleared; however, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive the item in unusual circumstances. We use recorded priority delivery service to post valuable items to our customers. The delivery of item can be tracked, and may require a signature upon receipt.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

As a customer, you can cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive the artwork. Before returning any item, you need to notify Supercat Limited of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing customer support at art@supercat.uk. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Supercat Limited of your cancellation to return the artwork.

Credit/debit card transaction fee, which was deducted from the full price when payment was made via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or PayPal, is non-refundable. The transaction fee is between 0% and 3.25% of the payment you made, which would be deducted from the refund:

• • Card transaction fee if payment was made via Stripe at the online shop: personal UK cards – 1.5%; commercial UK cards – 1.9%; EU cards – 2.5%; international cards issued outside the UK and Europe – 3.25%
    
  • Card transaction fee if payment was made via PayPal at the online shop – 2.99%
  • There is no card transaction fee if the customer made payment through bank transfer. If you wish to make a payment via bank transfer instead of the online shop, please email us at art@supercat.uk

To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must cover the cost for returning the item and prove that you have returned it with evidence such as postage record. 

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service for the return and purchase a shipping insurance from the delivery service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure to include contact information with the return, and provide us with a tracking number from the delivery service. If possible, please also include a brief description of your case.

To return the artwork, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should mail the item to: Supercat Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: art@supercat.uk.

If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase or you have caused damage to the artwork within the refund policy time limit, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our online shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and phone number.

When you browse our website, the web server also automatically receives your computer's IP address.

3.2 EMAIL MARKETING

With your permission, we may send you emails about our online shop, new artwork, upcoming event, and other updates.

3.3 CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

3.4 CONSENT WITHDRAWAL

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at art@supercat.uk or mailing us at: Supercat Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

3.5 DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

3.6 ONE.COM

Our online shop is hosted by One.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our goods and services to you. Your data is stored through One.com's data storage, databases and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

3.7 PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our third-party payment gateway might use your credit card info for that purpose. See 3.8.

3.8 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. Once you leave our online shop's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

3.9 LINKS

When you click on links on our online shop, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

3.10 SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

3.11 AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

3.12 GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

Supercat Limited collects, processes and stores the information and personal data you submit to our website in relation to delivery, invoicing, taxation. All processing activities shall be carried out in accordance with your individual rights as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Please note that by submitting information about yourself through our website, you are agreeing for Supercat Limited to process and store that data. This data shall be stored only for the duration of the previously outlined purpose for collection. We never store or process your data longer than we need to, and we do not use your data for any purpose other than those you have agreed to.

Supercat Limited does not collect any sensitive data about you. Sensitive data refers to (but is not limited to) information about your race or ethnic background, religious or political affiliations, trade union affiliations, sexual orientation, health background.

You reserve the right to request Supercat Limited update your personal data at any time. You can also request information about your personal data, withdraw your consent for us to process your information or request a transfer or deletion of your data. Relevant requests can be made to GDPR Support at Supercat Limited via email: art@supercat.uk.

If you are not happy with how your personal data has been processed, you should email art@supercat.uk in the first instance. If this is unable to satisfy your concerns, you have the right to apply to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for a resolution.

4. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our online shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the company so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Supercat Limited makes no warranty or representation that this website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of this website.

No part of this website is intended to constitute advice and the content of this website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
